1.) Michigan
2.) IU
3.) Wisconsin
4.) Purdue
5.) Michigan State
On the rise: Purdue and IU
ACC:
1.) Notre Dame
2.) UVA
3.) Syracuse
4.) NC State
5.) Virginia Tech
On the rise:
Notre Dame (Already Super good but probably gonna be a good program for a long time)
NC State
UNC (Not on List)
Wake Forest (Not on list)
Duke (Not on list)
Big 12:
1.) Iowa State
2.) Texas
3.) Oklahoma State
4.) Kansas
5.) Oklahoma
On the rise:
Iowa State, Oklahoma State and Texas are well above everyone else in the Big 12
SEC:
1.) Ole Miss
2.) Arkansas
3.) Alabama
4.) Kentucky
5.) Tennesse
On the rise:
Ole Miss program is getting stronger every year, Alabama is Kenyan heavy and Arkansas is consistently good most years
Pac 12:
1.) Stanford
2.) Washington
3.) Colorado
4.) Oregon
5.) UCLA
On the rise: The top 4 programs are all elite and will continue to be elite. But UCLA looks like a program that could get some talent and become good but not the caliber of the top 4 programs.
