So today is the biggest workout before my half marathon in 2 weeks. I going to be doing a 5k cutdown with 1k jog rest at half marathon goal pace. Ideally this will look something like
5k: 17:00
4K. 13:30
3k: 10:09
2k: 6:48
1k: 3:24
All jogging a 5 min km in between for rest.
How is it? If I can hit the, can I hit my goal of 1:11:0?
