Running ~70-80mpw. Currently in about 16 low 5K shape for the track
Couple of workouts I have set up that will be tough, I'm curious if I should adjust the rest, make it longer or shorter. Have another 2-3 weeks of tempos/intro intervals before I start these.
10 x 500 @ 90-95 seconds (goal 5K pace)
300m jog rest (probably will cover in 90-100 seconds)
1600-1200-1000-800-600-400-200-200 (totally 6K)
