Reading the article fro the Register Guard today about the updated design of Hayward 2.0 . I like the changes but I'm totally confused by the the seating numbers, the article states seating of 12,500 and they will install temporary seating at the new open area to get capacity to 30,000 for the World Championships. Thats 18,000 temporary seats, 1.5x the permanent seating capacity. This doesn't seem possible to me?

"On the stadium’s north side, the concrete bowl for lower-level seats that previously wrapped around the full field will be brought down to ground level along East 15th Avenue. The move eliminates 400 permanent seats, leaving the new capacity at 12,500, but it will replicate some of the open feel of the old venue.
The change also means that people walking along East 15th, which will become fully pedestrian, will be able to see into the venue.
For big events, temporary seating will be installed in the open section, expanding the stadium’s capacity to up to 30,000, as required for the 2021 World Track & Field Championships. That seating will be easier to install with the new design, according to UO spokesman Tobin Klinger."
