I am a high school senior and my pr's from last season are 4:35 and 9:59. I know it's a little easier to predict based off of intervals but we haven't had very many quality interval workouts because of the weather. Recently I did a 6 mile tempo at 5:58 pace. It felt good and my average heart rate was 159 bpm. To give a little context on last season I was doing tempos that were around 4 at 6:15 and it felt comparable to the 6 @ 6's this season.
