Hi, Please reply I appreciate any replies from people who know what they're talking about. I'm 15, male, My 800's are consistantly 2:20-2:22 but the PB is 2:19. My 1500 PB is 4:51. I do two track sessions a week (one short reps and one longer reps) but the rest is up to me. What easy mileage should i be running and what tempo running should I be doing? Should I mix in reps after each long run or tempo run? And should I add drills? I want so badly to step up to the next level and want to take it completely seriously. I'd like 2:12 and 4:40 ideally this season. Thanks so much.
