Since I will be out of school after this semester, I will be running a lot of road races. Is it possible to race 2-3 times a month or even more, and incorperate a good base phase and so forth without becoming stale, and keep improving. I was thinking in the lines of this.

m. am 4miles pm 10miles,all easy
t. am 4miles pm 8miles with 10k pickups between
w. 16miles progression
t am 4 pm 8 all easy
f. 6miles easy stides
s. Race or 10miles, 4miles later in the day
s. race or 10miles, 4miles later in the day
