Hi. Wondering what percentage of HM race pace would be ideal for sub 1:08 HM training.
Examples: (Assume 5:10 = HM Pace)
4-6 Miles 100% HM Pace (5:10/mi)
8-10 Miles 95% HM Pace (5:25/mi)
11-15 Miles 90% HM Pace (5:41/mi)
Do these percentages sound 'right'?
