We've had a great response to our iOS app since it was launched last week, and got several requests for an Android version. It is now available!
For those that missed the announcement last week, here's how it works: Set your desired pace and duration for a run, pick songs from your device's music library, and listen as our app slows down or speeds up the music to help you keep your goal pace. What PaceJam does is allows the music to play at it's natural, artist-intended speed as long as you are maintaining your desired pace / speed. If you run faster or slower than your user set goal pace, the music will speed up or slow down to let you know that you need to do the same to get back in line with the pace you set. PaceJam almost becomes a "game" since you are working to maintain the natural playback of the music, and thus, maintain your goal pace.
At this point, we're really interested in feedback from users and would love to discuss your thoughts for improvements and feature additions that would be beneficial to casual and serious runners alike. I'll be happy to respond to any comments posted here, through PMs, or through our website.
