Hi!
I'm currently training for my first marathon and following the Hansons Marathon method pace chart

As you can see there are two different "easy aerobic" paces.
In the program however, is just says "easy". There is no distinction between the two easy training paces.
How do I know at which pace I should train if my goal marathon time is 2:35?
