I am planning on running half marathons on back-to-back days. How should I pace myself in each half marathon?
Ideally, I would like to run both races ending with nearly the same time, without dogging it. If I end up trying that method, how much slower than PB pace should I reasonably expect to go? Can I expect to run two sub 1:35's, with a 1:29:xx PB? Am I better off trying to race one "all-out", and just jog the other one?
