Hey, classic "letsrun please help coach me" thread. I just ran a workout that hurt pretty good today, and I am curious over the next few weeks what I should be doing for workouts. First, I am curious what kind of 1500-3000-5000 this workout indicates:
3x1000: 2:52, 2:51, 2:49
2x600: 1:37, 1:36
2x400: 61, 59
2:00 recovery on everything, including between sets.
This was not a relaxed effort, this was a challenging workout.
Thanks for the help. I am curious, as someone who wants to focus on the 1500 and 3000 but still be capable of running a solid 5000, what should my workouts over the next few weeks look like? Thanks a lot.
