7am: wake up and have pre workout snack/coffee/relax
8am: first workout - 12 mile tempo at marathon pace minus 5-10 seconds (I love long tempos) followed by drills and general strength
10:30am: big brunch and relax
12:00pm: 2 hour nap
2pm: wake up, have a snack and stretch/chill
3pm: second run - easy 5-6 mile shakeout with other members of training group
4pm: beers and appetizers with aforementioned training partners
6pm: dinner and watch sports with the guys
8pm: prepare stuff for tmrw and unwind/tidy up the bachelor pad
9pm: in bed to read and (maybe) check letsrun
10pm: asleep
