My training has been as follows in the last four weeks:
May_____wk4 21(1:53)+21(1:43:49)+8+10=60Kms
________wk5 23+20+18+21+15=97Kms
June____wk1 24+20+16+19+19+13=111Kms
________wk2 24+16+15+13=68Kms
I have a 21K race on 24th June 2012 in which I want to go sub 1:40. I will do a 6X1000m on Tuesday and a 10X100m on Thursday then I rest till race day.
So I am wondering for tomorrow, what is the best preparation for the race tomorrow: a moderate 21K or a tough 12K?
