Juantorena was not one of the best 200m runners in the world.
He was a 400/800 guy, Felix is a 200/400 runner. Big difference.
Felix was THE BEST 200 runner in the world, and 100m NATIONAL CHAMP. Juantorena did nothing comparable in the 100/200 to that.
