okay so this is all one workout not separated ones 2 minute rest between each set of intervals ie:800s-400s-200s
3by800: 60 second rest between each interval 2:39 average..
5by400: 30 second rest between each interval 73 average..
10by200: 30 second rest between each interval 33-34 average..
this was run in 84 degrees..low humidity on a 400 track
how fast do you think i could race a 5k in a week or two
