I am not exactly current on my track news, but I just read that Paul Osland from Canada won a Silver medal in the over 45 age group in 4:07:19! Paul, I ran 800M with you back in highschool and remember watching you win Junior boys OFSAA in 1:54:79 - glad to see you are still at it!!
