inside on a tredmill since there are between 8 and 10 inches of snow on the ground at the moment. Atleast it's been warm out, 32-37F.
Mine was a crappy 3 mile jog through slushy ice and snow. I think it would have been smarter to stay in bed since I hadn't eaten anything other than beer and a a Clif bar in the past 18 hours. At least I [sort of] ran. Hopefully I'll feel better today. Happy New Year LetsRun!
