How do you guys make sure you won't need to make a short, let along longer, pit stop during long runs?
I waited 3 hours after a pasta lunch before I went for 13.1 earlier and still had to stop twice. I've learned to bring some toilet paper in my pocket.
During training its just really annoying. But during a race, esp. marathon, it can cost you precious time.
Any tips?
