That 3k qualifies you for 940 so you are all set.

hey, f*** you, buddy. you're the reason well-meaning but less talented posters do shy away from this site. and from buying tickets to your goddamn track meets. elitist dick.
am under the mark for the two mile, 9:54 baby which is still weak but I am legit enough to post
Easily made the marathon time but not close to any of the others.
A 4:20 mile??? are you freakin nuts? I couldn;t do a 65 second lap but I can run a 2:34 marathon.
Sweet, got the 2-mile. Otherwise, I'm slow.
I haven't run a marathon, but I beat all of the others, piece of cake.
Also, to the OP, this is stupid. Lots of great posters are slow runners. Lots of good runners are bad posters. I don't care how fast a poster is, only how good of a poster they are.
Guess i wouldnt be here

nope, you are IN. I should have put 1:59 or better for the 1/2. how can you run 3:07 for 3 laps, (no doubt on a DMR) and not have a 1500m pr of around 3:59?
In my school, the smartest people were also the best athletes, and the best athletes were the smartest people. That's usually the norm everywhere, isn't it?
So it goes without saying that only the best athletes should be able to participate in discussions of the minds.
Isn't it well accepted that the brain is just another muscle?
I get really, really tired.
Plus i only have raced the 1500 twice, first meet of outdoor season the last two years.
I'm out..
400 - 48.5
800 - 1:50
1200 - 2:59
Nice knowing all of you...
I'd be left. I'm not far off though. Never run a marathon.
Whew, I make it on my marathon time (which looks a lot softer than the others to me). Does 20 years ago count?
Your "question" is non-grammatical and doesn't make sense. Try again.

Not only is the brain not just another muscle, it isn't a muscle at all.
Nice knowing you...Haven't hit any one of those times. I suck. Goodbye. Off to kill myself.
Everyone in cleveland has cankles.
Maybe I was being just a tad bit fascetious. The very idea that you need to have achieved a certain time, or coached elite athletes, in order to participate in a public, anonymous forum, is ridiculous. I think that's the point of this particular thread. (If not, then it's my point.)

4:20 mile - NOPE (4:32 -- but that was high school and a 1600)
9:40 2 mile - YEP (9:21)
15:00 5k - YEP (14:58)
31:30 10k - NOPE (32:25)
2:39 marathon - NOPE (2:55)
So I make it on two counts.
