My current training is about 55-60 miles a week currently. Planning to run a Marathon mid may about 10 weeks left in training. Current long run is 90mins (13 miles), getting ready to start doubles, and move up my long run. Currently get over the 60min mark 2-3 times a week....do I still have time to get in good work? What advice should I take? Outside of 2-3 min. threshold work in my run haven't really worked on my speed. I'm in my late 20's and my transition from 60 miles to 80 or more can be done easily. I feel I have been consistent and with 2 runs a day the mileage will come.
Any extra thoughts and ideas would be greatly appreciated. Goal is sub 2:30 or around the area
