I recently read that a biking can be converted to running at a 2.5 to 1 ratio (so a 2.5 hour bike would be equivalent to a 1 hr run)
I do doubles twice a week with a 45 min stationary bikeride and i can usually get the sweat pouring and my legs moving. Is this worthless, if it is only equivalent to about an 18 minute run?
