Good point. Your SBs were done with the help of salary cap cheating.

Wrong. It was technically a deferred payment issue.
..The contracts that were reworked, for John Elway and Terrell Davis were approved by the league at the time it was done. There was no question about that. Teams rework contracts all the time to free up cap space, and yes the cap space was used to sign other players that helped in the two Superbowl Championships. But the Broncos weren't penalized for reworking those contracts. They were penalized because they didn't fund the annuities to make the deferred payments with interest agreed to in the contracts. They didn't gain cap space.
So.. what this means is that the Broncos were penalized for the money going OUT, or the lack there OF, EVEN THOUGH the contracts and their VALUE AGAINST THE CAP, had already been counted. So the Broncos gained NOOOOOO advantage in the Salary Cap..and gained NO competitive advantage by the infraction that occured. It had everything to do with "because they didn't fund the annuities to make the deferred payments with interest agreed to in the contracts
So Denver didn't get any advantage and the parties responsible were fired.
