Hey all, wanted to throw the topic of running easy out there. Yes, everyone for the most part runs hard and trains hard. But what about running easy? I hear from folks that by running easy, you're putting less stress on your body. One friend had a tip that you should grab a friend when you go on runs and chat with them b/c it helps your run longer. Another one said that running should be an activity you look forward to, and to run easy and it will make the sport a more enjoyable part of your day. What are your thoughts?!
