My big toe in the morning has been bothering me a little bit. It’s been going on since about last Wednesday (today is Sunday) and I don’t know what the cause is. It’s not on the bone it feels like a muscle that runs through the arch into the big toe. It goes away with stretching, doesn’t hurt while running. In fact I raced a mile and 3k on Friday and felt no pain, but when I stopped running and came back home after sitting in the car it was very tight. I know it doesn’t sound bad, I’m just a paranoid runner because I’m super fit right now and don’t want anything to stop me
