Hello fellow runners!
I have created a running website, where you can create a running specific schedule, which links to your strava and uploads your strava activites to the website if you click sync, I also have a gym routine page where you can write down your weekly gym routine as well as a running analysis page where you can track your weekly volume, your weekly trimp load (considers the time ran and intensity of the run) and your acute/chronic load ratio. I wanted to try understand if anyone would want to use this site, it's currently only set up for my own personal use but if multiple people wanted to use it I would make it available let me know your ideas and whether you would be interested!
