Chinese animated blockbuster Nezha 2 overtook Pixar's Inside Out 2 on Tuesday to become the highest-grossing animated film globally, according to data from ticketing platform Maoyan .

Never even heard of this movie before today and apparently it's on track to make 2 billion dollars in China alone.

The previous record for highest gross in a single country is Star Wars: The Force Awakens, which made $936m in the USA, this movie is gonna more than double that in China.
