In 2012 Moh ran 27:34 in the 10k and made the Olympics in that event. In 2016 he ran a 13:01 5k and placed fourth in the Olympic 5k later that year. In 2017, he ran 27:02 to place 8th in the 10k at worlds. He won silver medals in the 5k and 10k at the commonwealth games in 2018.
In 2019 his career really took off as he ran 12:58/26:59 and won a bronze in the 5k at worlds. In 2020, despite Covid, he ran a 12:47 5k and a 3:34 1500m. In 2021 he won an Olympic silver medal in the 5k. In 2022 he ran a 26:34 10k (top ten all time) and finished 5th and 6th at worlds in the 5k and 10k respectively.
Last year, he ran a 12:56 5k and got sixth in the world championship 10k. This year he’s already opened up in a 13:06 5k and he’s very likely to make his fourth Olympic team.
His days as a medalist are likely over but what an incredible career.
