Looking at 5A District III and top performances coming back for next year. I figure these are probably the teams that don't have major question marks coming into the season. Obviously, some of these guys actually have faster PRs from last year or haven't raced some events very often, so marks can be out of whack from others. In no particular order:

There are a few other schools that can make the leap. A few of these schools have more than 2 freshman listed, so times can drop fast with more races, better weather, and maturation. I'll make a list of the other 5A schools later today and then the same thing for the girls.
