Really? Any runners out there use this stuff to reduce muscle soreness? It is obviously an added expense when turning that doorknob to get in a run, but if you’re really training hard, is it ‘worth’ it? (Yes, I suppose “worth” is relative.)
When I see athletes wearing it in competition, the first thing that comes to mind is they have an injury.
