Hi—Just ran a pretty good workout. My PR in the 3200 is 10:04 from last Spring . I think I can break 10 based on what I just did recently—3 x 3200 with 3 minutes standing rest after the first and 4 minutes after the second one. In order, here’s what I did: 11:03, 10:43, 10:38.
