Commit to whole thread. Legit worth. Daniels T is more like 10x1k day maybe. Marathon pace not in equation. Too slow. Slowest day 3x3k or 3x12 mins maybe 25-30k pace. I think people mis conceive you run slow doing this. You not run slow, just shorter reps. Key is lactate anyway, not pace. But paces still hold up from page 1 sirpoc posts . Also, join Strava group. Someone made a killing spreadsheet . Paces just a guide, remember, if you want real accurate lactate is key. But I believe sirpoc said in 90% of time these paces kept his lactate in zone. Good enough for hobby jogger who wants simple.
