Another giant nail in Kavanaugh's failure-to-get-the-job coffin.
My gut was telling me based on his hostile, accusatory, fight back testimony that there was merit to the claims. He carefully evaded answering questions that were otherwise so mundane (i.e., underage drinking). Claimed he was never involved in any assault only to find out that indeed there was a police record of him having been in a fight at a bar. I mean, why lie about that stuff? It's because he has a very checkered past. And now there is yet another witness coming forward to provide testimony affirming the allegations of aggressive behavior toward women of a sexual nature.
He can't be nominated. Women will not have it.
A longtime friend of Kavanaugh’s, Lawfare Blog editor-in-chief Ben Wittes, stated why he wouldn’t vote to confirm the Supreme Court nominee if he were a senator — and it has as much to do with his testimony as it does Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s. He states that Ford's testimony was by honest and believable. Hs said that he was aghast at Kavanugh's testimony. The belligerence, failure to tell the truth, the attacks on democrats and the Clintons, and his abusiveness toward the senate committee women. Kavanaugh gets a no vote
