Quick take - farah looked good but certainly not fully in form. Probably not much concern given the games are still a ways off but he'll need to be there if he wants to best Kamworor.

Mo = Floyd Mayweather. Doesn't ever take a risk, not willing to give an ounce of effort more than necessary to win. Him continually going to the front and slowing the pace was pathetic. Kenny B was spot on with his analysis of Mo.

Sitonik went by Farah on back stretch and Farah looked worried looking back to see who else was behind him. Then with about 80 to go he passed Sitonik and they just looked at each other. Sitonik had nothing left.
