The Daily Mail is indeed regarded as gutter press, however as with most tabloids, it is usually very good with sports (particularly investigative 'scandals') and celebrity gossip. Both these sections are more important to most tabloid readers than the main news articles. I wouldn't trust a tabloid story on anything other than sports and celebs.

I also agree that it seems more likely for Salazar to just let the cleaning staff simply dispose of the stuff in the refrigerator if it was EPO rather than risk the story coming out later from Stiner. No doubt a customized allergy serum would be worth the $$ though, especially if it really was legitimately allergy meds.
The most troubling part is the sheer number of needles reported, 25-50? That seems excessive for allergy meds when they were only in Park City for a short time.
Clearly the running community does not watch enough true crime series.

Maybe it was a more reliable delivery location (Salazar knew he would be home. His wife would be home, but the Rupp's might be a work?). In 2008 I believe Galen was living in Portland, in a redshirt season before the trials, but it's still entirely possible that shipping items to Salazar would ensure a more likely delivery than to Rupp. I have had stuff shipped to my work, my parents house, family members work etc. because I wanted to make sure someone would be there during the day. Salazar would have been seeing Rupp daily.

That is a perfectly reasonable explanation, but when you throw this stuff in with all the other allegations there is a lot to answer for.

John Stiner has repeated the same story since 2008. I had not heard of Magness' story until today but he has emails to prove it. I tend to believe they are not both lying especially with the emails. Stiner obviously does not have emails. But a special allergy medicine (not labellled properly) is an innocent explanation for this.

She acted pissed off that he had said/implied that she was too fat to run after pregnancy and that he gave her some Cytomel(sp) to take to lose weight.
If that pill bottle is empty, and she didn't take the pills, or says she flushed them. Who declines to take a drug and then keep them for years? And what else did she not tell / they not show? That her thyroid was deemed to need medication based on the tests of their chosen doctor; and she chose not to believe it or take the medication because that whole diagnosis is a massive controversy/argument on the web (someone pointed this out here years ago)?
We don't know what we don't know. Do we know whether the bottle was empty now? Or if she took it to USADA/WADA did she get it back? (It was probably a quick cut, push in shot of a still photo she took, but still...there's a ton we don't know.)

The Daily Mail sport section is actually pretty highly regarded.
The actual newspaper is full of 'OMG immigrants gonna steal your job then kill your grandparents' type stuff. But the sports section is quite often worth reading.
I trust The Mail's shallow but true reports a lot more than I trust BBC's elaborate lies.
Why would Salazar risk getting two vials of EPO or other illegal stuff sent to himself? That makes no sense at all.
Ok, gang, I am on board. AlSal and Galen are definitely dirty. To be honest, it's just an acceptance of what we do all know has to be somewhat true.
