Didn't you learn in college that an argument by association is a logical error? It is not who is saying it, it is what is said. Being a man or a woman has nothing to do with the issue of free speech, it is just in this case it is women competitors who are most directly effected. Do you honestly believe that the source of an argument alone determines the quality of the argument? Don't got to law school.

The video disproves your point. She was at the state of the union. I’m sure buried down she has concerns but my girl is milking this like any conservative grift.
which as a free market frank, I approve. Get that $$ before society changes
It’s okay, we don’t need to know at sight, so we are doing fine, thanks.
I remember a few years ago when a local college emailed a public safety notice to its student body to warn then of a serial armed robber preying on the college’s students. The description in the email told the students the suspect was a man. One important identifying factor in the description that was omitted was the suspect’s race. He was African-American/black, but it turned out that the college deemed that relevant fact too insensitive to mention.
Along with race, can we now assume that gender should be omitted from descriptions of suspects? Soon, perhaps we’ll see descriptions of suspects along these lines: “Be on the lookout for a human bi-led.” (On second thought, that could be deemed by some to be insensitive to amputees…). So maybe we should just say, “Be on the alert for a human.” (Moreover, should the suspect be a bit on the hefty side, we can’t mention that either. “Fat-shaming” you know…
Not the dictionary. What does that mean even. A trans can be an adult human female

of, relating to, or being a person with a certain combination of sex characteristics, commonly including two X chromosomes in the cell nuclei, a vagina, a uterus and ovaries, and enlarged breasts developed at puberty.
Let us know if you need to know what two x chromoomes, vagina, uterus and and ovaries mean. Does Lia have any of those things?
It depends on what kind of "trans woman" we are talking about. I think there are probably boys who genuinely feel, for their whole lives, that they should have been girls, but something went wrong. These boys may have had a hormone imbalance in the womb, who knows. There are also probably boys who come to this feeling after puberty, out of some sort of mix of sexual attraction and fascination with women. People in the latter category could definitely be exhibitionists.
Trans advocates would probably say the 2nd category people are "not really trans", which is why I put the quotes in my first paragraph, but the problem is, there's really no way to know who genuinely feels female and who is just obsessed. So, in my opinion, let them identify as whatever they want, but don't let transwomen in women's locker rooms.
There are bad actors in every sphere of society. Innocent until proven guilty reigns. Your default assumption can not be one of guilt unless you actually think most transwomen are disingenuous perverts (aka transphobia).
"Innocent until proven guilty" is not the issue here. Men should not be in women's bathrooms or changing rooms. I was arguing against the idea that transwomen are inherently not exhibitionists. Sounds like Lia is, actually. Or at least doesn't have the decency to use a separate changing area.
