What you are unable to grasp is that while doping doesn't have to be proven intentional by the doping authorities it is presumed to be intentional following a confirmed test unless the athlete can show another cause. She couldn't.

You're misreading the above. Shelby was curious about what she had been deemed to have had in her body. She, apparently having never heard of Nandrolone, looked into it together with her coach and her legal team, probably not together in the first instance.
Shelby WAS curious about this drug that had put the brakes on her winter planning.
Yet, Shelby was not the least bit interested in the apparently mixed-up burrito. Tasted bad. Extra greasy. No cause for concern.
