So which immigrant groups are the unsavory ones? It looks like most have higher income than the average American HH and in the case of Indians (So Asia) it is more than double.

And it looks like immigrants have contributed a lot more than they have taken when it comes to founding starting profitable companies.

This is your statement. Maybe you would care to explain. As you point out, immigrants to the US are often the creme de la creme from their respective countries. So how does that contribute to a downward spiral? -

And we have both multiculturalism and assimilation among immigrants. But immigrants can assimilate and still maintain cultural identity.
