You're not authoritative enough in that arena to do other than suggest it because you have no first-hand empirical evidence or data to scratch the surface of knowledge of what or how to test.

Essentially. Occasionally, the idiots get called out for being idiots. Some things are inarguable.
So if a man (undergone male puberty) carried out a chromosome test and found they are XX chromosome (i.e. intersex) would that entitle them to compete in the women's in your opinion?
If so how is this definition any better? All you do is remove Semenya but open the door for other similar intersex athletes?
You have no idea that that was the method of the test.
