Not bad but some way off what is needed.
Average 17.8 miles per day have done that hiking through mountains with full pack wearing boots and plenty have done much more with the same gear.
It's a hike/trek not a run and about half what she set out to do.

Hey everyone! Thanks for all your lovely messages. I'm at the hotel now, I've cleaned it up but it's really swollen and sore. I'll have to see how it is in the morning I guess. I hobbled into the hotel covered in sand, dirt and blood, I wish I could have filmed the welcome I got 😂 that will teach me for being so cocky about being in such a beautiful place while the majority of you are in sunny England 😜 I still managed to do 28 miles today and even though they were rocky ones they were some of the most beautiful ones I have ever ran/scrambled. I absolutely loved today! Literally didn't stop smiling! I'm even smiling now with ice on my knee, dirt ingrained in my hair and a sangria in my hand. someone messaged me this morning saying be careful it's more like cross country and then I pasted a woman that stopped me and said "be careful, I had to go to hospital the other day because I tripped on a rock" so I guess it was inevitable 🙈 but views like these made it all worth it.
why am i not surprised she fell over.
whats the bet she was taking a selfie when it happened.
also, i saw the video she posted. "covered in sand, dirt and blood" might be a slight exaggeration.
...its not like our Amy to stretch the truth.

I agree, the fact that the 53 in 53 and the Treadmill stunt are not legit should be put to one side and we accept that she has been game enough to put herself out there and log the running on Strava as was requested.
To be fair, the trails in Mallorca are a little tough going in places. I've ran there before when on vacation and can say from experience that they are very rocky in places and it'll be very easy to twist an ankle (or worse) if you're not careful with your footing.

Good eye, Amy Hughes certainly does looked to have placed fake blood on her knee. Where is the skin puncture that would produce so much blood? How did you get such a high resolution picture of her knee?
So much blood? it's a minimal amount that a tiny cut could produce.

I think that is too much blood for a tiny cut, it drops down the side of her knee and this isn't a high blood flow area.
Also, if this came from the selfie video she did 1.5 hours after she claimed she fell, then the blood colour looks way too red, it should be much darker after oxidizing in the air for so long. What Amy has in her knee looks more like fake stage blood from a Halloween store or actually any store right now since it's so close to Halloween.

You've obviously never had a proper cut. Even minor ones can fill a sink with blood.

The drip pattern of the blood on Amy Hughes' knee also looks suspicious. Why does none of the blood drip downwards?

If you fall over and stay sat on the ground (while having a good cry as Amy probably did), the blood could easily flow down the side of your knee.
If you were going to put fake blood on why would you do it like this? You wouldn't. You'd do what you suggest and have it flow down the shin towards the foot.

Hey guys! Happy Monday. Just a little update- my knee feels worse this morning 🙈😥 It hurts to put pressure on. So I'm going to ice it and see how it feels later. So it will either be a later start today or a rest day. I'll still finish the island by Friday no matter what, even if I end up doing it the way my mum finished snowdon(hobbling with a stick last of the summer wine style 😜) xx thanks again for all your kind messages xxxxx

My wife has also injured injured her leg this morning Luckily she has been able to dance it off
