Many schools get around it by hiring Director of Ops, Recruiting Coordinators, Equipment Managers, etc. While these positions technically arent supposed to coach at all, they usually do in some capacity (assisting the actual coach...)
Just saw the associate head coach position open at Harvard. Is Kebba out, going somewhere else? It says it is for distance however.
Makes a lot of sense to leave an Ivy league degree for a prestigious shot at what would amount to an extremely small Nike shoe deal.

If I had to take guess for Columbia, I would say either internal hire or Kevin Jermyn from Duke. The reason I say Kevin Jermyn is because he has experience recruiting in a strong academic environment. He consistently got great recruits (although he didnt do much with them). However, I think if this was the case, the announcement would have come out at the same time as his resignation. Thats why I am leaning towards internal hire, maybe Liam BP.

I needed to come back and point out the obvious that Wendell Angel is not from Murfreesboro. Seems like a decent choice. FAMU teams were more competitive and complete than TTU teams. No men's track will still hurt them. Will the roster have a lot of non-Americans on it? That's a question.
