A beligerent, sloppy drunk, who lied about it under oath...
“The incident, which occurred in September 1985 during Mr. Kavanaugh’s junior year, resulted in Mr. Kavanaugh and four other men being questioned by the New Haven Police Department. Mr. Kavanaugh was not arrested, but the police report stated that a 21-year-old man accused Mr. Kavanaugh of throwing ice on him “for some unknown reason.”
This is a game changer for me. Throwing ice at someone is a big deal. You could put someone's eye out. If you've ever made an ice ball in winter and thrown it at someone, you know how dangerous it could be. Also, most likely, there was probably some form of alcohol on the ice. Alcohol can really sting the eyes. It can stain your clothes too.
And it was in 1985. We're not talking about when he was a baby or anything. We're talking about only 33 years ago.
Plus, the police questioned him. QUESTIONED him, people. This is serious business now!!
Ah, have you ever seen a neat drunk? Once the testimony of the Surfer Psychologist went nowhere, it now turns to Kavanaugh’s drinking habits. Desperate times call for desperate measures.
