I completely agree with you. A judge should be totally non partisan to be good for the country.

Otherwise he's just serving just a very a small percentage of the people.

MSM already moving past the sexual assault allegation to his not having the right temperament and now claiming he perjured himself when he denied black-out drinking in college (why was he even being asked about that in connection with an alleged sexual assault that took place in high school).

I strongly suspect this is the work of the Oligarchs who will do anything and everything to attack Trump for having the temerity to win the presidency despite their best efforts to stop him.

Besides being a belligerent drunk who played football for 4 years in high school, not sure about in college,

he's also a big heavy guy, Look at that photo of him at the wedding in 1997.

He was apparently a bully, as well as being a rapist.

I would hate to see someone like that on the Supreme Court.

Imagine him yelling and acting the way that he did at the hearing, to the other judges on the court!

All anyone has is a bunch of uncorroborated allegations and some old classmates who state he might have drank more than he let on. They have nothing. No evidence, a number of witnesses who actually refute the allegations, and a 25 year career that people can't poke a single hole in.

At least with Bill Clinton's scandals people were just concerned about things he did while in political office (people made jokes about his not inhaling while in college). Going back to high school and college is shameful. Please share with us about everything you ever did in high school or college. Any awkward sexual experiences, any time you ever had too much to drink, any time you got into a fight, etc. If you go all the way back to high school or college on 90% of the population, you are going to find some dirt. The very reason why juvenile offenders are treated differently than adults is because people are still learning how to conduct their lives. What nobody can call into question is his record serving as a judge.

Untrue. To you I offer the same challenge. Show me where I said I "believed" Swetnick's story. You can't because I didn't say that and I don't know if she is telling the truth or not.

I challenge people here once in a while when I am called a liar or a backtracker, and the challenged can NEVER show me that I lied or backtracked.

The problem is that you people don't read and comprehend. If someone is defending someone that you believe should be dismissed, you think that means the defended is to be believed. Nope. Just can't dismiss the allegation in this case.
