Pretty much only from phone. I do have a laptop but I use it nearly exclusively for photography.
No regular computer access at work.
LR is a disaster to read on the phone as A59 mentioned.
My week.
Well as previously posted Monday was Mt Hotham, Tuesday was Mystic. Then a 3.5 hour drive home.
Wednesday. Back to work. The body was feeling ok but I did no training.
Thursday. 20 laps of Hedley's in the kayak before work. Very windy. 51 mins. I usually hit 47 to 49. Not sure how much was residual fatigue and how much was the wind
Friday. 5 kms on the bike was all. I intended to do a decent ride but the legs had nothing in them. Mowed some of my lawn during the hour I should've been riding then off to work pm shift).
Saturday. Mowing, weeding, brushcutting for about 4 hours. Afternoon mountain bike ride. Blowing a gale but I was moving well. 90 plus minutes at a good pace, 21 kph which is good for me on those forest tracks.
Sunday. Easy 8 km social run 45 mins or so then barefoot on the grass. A planned 2 km of stretching out turned into a lazy 1 km in 5 mins.
Today was my kayak day and it went well enough. The body seems to be pretty ok I will ride tomorrow and do a serious run on Wednesday.
Because of my shiftwork I do my running, riding, paddling at various times. If I am on an am shift I leave home at 5.30. So I train after work on those days. I usually get the session in before arriving home.
I leave about 12 noon for the pm shift so train before work on those days.
Night shift. Leave home at 8 pm and arrive back home 9.30 am. I am too tired to either stop on the way home or go out when I get home. I just get some sleep and head out later in the day.
Racing is back on here. Track started in regional Vic on Saturday. Metro have to wait unti next week.
We have had zero infections for 10 days in Vic. So the "Ring of Steel" came down around metro Melbourne last night allowing City folk to venture out to regional areas. Regional Vic hasn't had any for a few weeks now. Australia wide there we re no community acquired cases today. I think a couple of positives among quarantined returned OS travellers though. Hopefully we will be able to cross State borders in a couple of weeks.
So things are looking up at the moment.
OG11 I seem to recall seeing something about you being a 1 lap specialist in College. No surprise then that you still can turn the legs over quick.
