Not completely sure on this, but they sent emails out about 2 weeks ago for anybody who made the next round.

Presumably Schumacher has been promoted and will still be leading the women's team directly.
How can Schumacher be promoted? He is the head coach! Most likely just promoting an assistant to track & field head coach under him.

Xavier applications taken until this Friday. One of the women on the team has a Youtube channel that she posts videos of her and the team from Xavier. She said in one of her last videos they have no coach. What happened to the young assistant from Oklahoma? Did she resign with the Head Coach or did they let her go too? Could be a good or bad sign.
