The victim would also want the big D and would have started proceedings already if this were the case. It could be that event isn't public yet to avoid another beating, we'll see and adjust your score accordingly.

Mike is likely using his much ballyhooed interpersonal negotiating skills to provide a favorable outcome to, who else, himself.

Huh, so your life is in a state of turmoil as you're getting medical treatment, dealing with a court case where you're the victim and witness, kids, work, etc and you think, 'oh hang on, I think I'll go and see my lawyer to instigate divorce proceedings just to fill in time and give me something to do'.

Nothing will happen on that front or the claiming of damages in the civil court until the legal case is finalized because that will affect the outcome in both.

Hey, insider guy, with your insider information, do you know if Cindy drove Mike during the VIA marathon?

I don't know why someone started pushing that recently. I guess it may be true, but I always thought he just did it himself, given that its a point to point marathon. Picking up his car at the start and driving to the finish just saves a huge hassle. It's one of the reason I hate point to point marathons, getting all the way back to get my car, or dealing with shuttles. Maybe he only cheated at VIA because his wife refused to drop him off at the start line and meet him at the finish. He's not that smart and he was stuck with a logistical problem he couldn't solve. A guy could hold onto that anger for years, really make a fella want to punch someone, you know?
