1) Dr. Ford testified that the stereo was turned up, then she was pushed onto the bed, then she was molested, then she yelled. Her friends didn't remember because they didn't hear anything happen.
2) To do all those things just requires her to be pinned down on the bed. He did most of the dirty stuff before she yelled and he put his hand on her mouth. You act like she was required to scream the instant she was pushed. It took some time before she would realize what was happening to her.
3) The lights may have been on in the room. We don't know. Kavanaugh was on top of her and she testified that she looked into Judge's face. Both were quite close to her and she easily knew who it was.
4) Rape victims who recognize their attacker don't forget who attacked them.
5) The fact that she didn't scream is not even a tiny hole. Her first instinct was to get away and hide. She locked the door and quietly waited for them to leave. This was a perfectly logical thing to do when frightened.
6) Someone probably did see her go out the front door but thought nothing of it and therefore didn't remember. People come and go at parties.
7) As has been covered ad nauseam, trauma victims remember the trauma vividly but don't remember the unimportant details from before and after. Not remember how she got home is exactly what you would expect.
