Coleman made it abundantly clear that he is a cheat when he signed with HSI’s Emmanuel Hudson. Well known in the sport Hudson is dirty. Hudson has long record of managing athletes who have received bans or were implicated by witnesses as in Maurice Greene. If ole Seth Coleman wants to have his son seen as a clean athlete he would seek a divorce from Emmanuel Hudson.

Mr. Coleman defending his son was nice to see but he’s missing the point that we enjoy which is the objective side. His son missed three tests in 12 months. This was no different than getting a DUI knocked out because the calibration window was expired by 2days on the breathalyzer.

Missing three tests in 12 months opens Coleman up to additional scrutiny. Dad may not like it but the kid did it to himself. Either the kid is lazy or he doesn’t think the rules apply to him. Dad posting only adds to the scrutiny in my opinion. They made such a big deal about he Drummond scenario and then there’s no mention of it again and only the date change? Which of the three missed tests was the Drummond story Mr. Coleman? If you were so certain that this date change were to occur then why even argue the whole story about practice with Drummond. And why are you not even mentioning it any longer because one would assume you would want that missed test expunged as well.

Robert didn’t back down. He reached out like a Man. How many else here can say they have done so? The Hadsell thing is a deflection. Hadsell’s joke was funny particularly in the overall context that the guy is an actor and comedian so he was making fun of himself at Coleman’s expense. Rojo was laughing at the self-deprecated nature of the joke. The joke was relevant in that you can’t point to all the times you didn’t do something wrong as proof that you’ve never done anything wrong.

The real KO is what looks like Hadsell’s lawyer dropping some legal advice while also luring the woman in a conversation to get her to expose her identity and now her computer footprint. Genius. As a retired cop (28 years in narcotics in Knoxville) the first thing you do it get the suspect to start talking. The more they talk, the more they reveal about themselves. Give someone enough rope and they hang them self. Same goes for Mr. Coleman. As a former detective, my next question is centered around the silence regarding the Drummond scenario.

In the world of narcotics you find that people don’t hang out with drug users by accident.

The witch hunt in this sport is off the charts at times, with no regards to human dignity. Stand behind a keyboard and degrade another human. That's somebody's child, ya never know when a situation may come full circle, just stop.

Not entirely confusing. Several respectable media have looked to this website and its forum as influential in this niche sport. If they were not trust fund babies, the Brojos would grow up and comport themselves as professionals. For example if an athlete is trying to earn a bigger scholarship and trying to earn a spot on the NCAA XC travel squad, and a coach asks the athlete for sex, the athlete may feel she can't say no without risking losing out on scholarships and opportunities. The athlete will also feel afraid of retribution if she reports the coach.

The casual T&F fan, which is what the sport goes after for revenues either from television, media, advertising, sponsorship, DOES NOT CARE ABOUT DOPING.

This has been proven in multiple surveys and studies. Look at the success of the Tour de France, WMM Marathons, Premier League/La Liga, NFL, MLB, etc.

Not tested daily , tested properly . by testers that are not bought and paid for .

simply need to interrupt cycles and alot less effective and alot less enhancing .

As per usual this goes to the top level and loopholes left deliberately open in testing .

this whole nonsense is just to distract from how dirty whole sport is .

the times are dirty as sin , the sport , the ncaa , wada , iaaf all dirty out and out .

the sport is full of agents of the status quo.

It's interesting that so many here are experts on drug testing of elite athletes.

No one that posts here has had the level of testing done that Mr. Coleman has.

No one here has the had the travel and training schedule that an elite like Mr. Coleman lives.

No one here has been tested as many times as Mr. Coleman or has knowledge of being available at all times for testing.

No one here has made mention of the number of missed tests elites do have a on a regular basis that just miss the alert threshold.

The rules of testing are not established by Mr. Coleman, there have been years of protocol, procedure and realignment of the drug testing standards administered by the governing bodies, we have to trust they know what they are doing. No other sport has as much testing as track and field.

Mr. Johnson as we all know is not a trained journalist ,this site started as a blog and morphed into something else, to say that they ( his staff) are professionals at the journalistic trade is a stretch by any count. They are just posting opinions, not thoroughly researched ,vetted or cross checked from reliable resources.

That's because the only people who still follow track and field have been used to following doped to the gills runners for three decades. You still have to ask yourself why track and field has gone from being one of the biggest sports in the world to on a par with badminton, and doping scandal after scandal surely has to be a large factor.

At some point Mr. Johnson will be sued by somebody he/they choose to opionate on and we will learn about how Letsrun operates.

A small price to pay IMO, It will have been totally worth it.
