Yes, I was in the green hat at 13 and 25 yelling Letsrun screen names. Smoove looked smooth going 2:30. Nice 2:40, you looked good at the end. I think I saw Tacoma at the end....2:54? Again, congrats!

Ah, I was wondering who that was! Thanks for being out there. It's pretty funny to hear people yell my letsrun handle at me.
I thought the weather was great and I felt really good out there yesterday. Couldn't quite get under 2:30 because my calves weren't up to the challenge, but I left it all out there.
I got wrecked out there - just not my day. Thanks for cheering though!

Nice job Johnny! 2:40-flat is a fantastic run. Good to run a few miles with you Taco. I completely fell off. I was 1:21-flat at 13.1 & was a metronome to that point running 6:10s. It felt manageable but almost the second I crossed halfway I started to go backwards. I tried to put down a gel at 17-ish but almost threw up. I am kicking myself but I had to stop I thought I was going down a dark road but then got back and slogged out a 2:51. A disappointing run for me after I ran 2:44 at Boston, I was 1:21-mid there through halfway. I thought my training was a lot better. I nailed a 10 mile tempo 2 weeks back @ 5:54 pace and it truly felt like a tempo. I had a 40-something degree that day with no humidity. Maybe I'm just not meant for 90% humidity? I don't really know. Good to see some people got it done on Sunday!
