how much does the bulkiest distance runner weigh? 160-165lbs?

how much does the average, steak and egg eating, merican male weigh? 180-190lbs? i'm not depending on any distance runner in my bar fights.

My question is how many runners would actually throw down and not run away or just stand and watch? Probably less than 10%. This sport has too many pvssies.
