I always knew Genzebe would be a superstar. She has enormous power in her legs and has a unique advantage in that she has trained as her sister's pace setter since she was a teenager. It's all coming together now age 23.

She has a really easy going attitude, which some perceive as not having the killer instinct of her sister, but her race personality is still developing. She used to be a little shaky in terms of pain tolerance too, but she seems to be improving

She has everything at her disposal right now to make history.

She is going to shatter the 1500 and 3000 outdoor too. And I mean the {suspicious} Chinese records. Elite runners all run much faster PR's outdoors than in. Just looking at average outdoor/indoor gap ratios she is going to absolutely decimate the track in the outdoor season.

Regardless of what is going on here, I would like to meet with some close female relatives of Genzebe/Tirunesh Dibaba and utilize their eggs for purposes of in-vitro fertilization combined with sperm obtained from males of west African descent born in Jamaica. With these genetics I will raise some young males at altitude in remote regions of the Andes.

It is going to happen naturally. Genzebe's sister, Tirunesh, is married to Olympic silver medalist, Sileshi Sihine. I've already asked if I can coach their kids. Answer is pending.

Mary cain is developing that interesting Jaw/chin type, very common among steroids users. It is so prevalent these days. All these pretty faces being destroyed by the use of steroids, HGH, Testosterone and so on. Sad.

We know that Genzebe good power in her legs for forward movement, as evident by her record breaking runs and her front running win in 2012 world indoor champs. She also has done very well in open field xc races.

Does she have the quick acceleration that Tirunesh has, requiring only few steps to reach top speed? Does she have good lateral movement, without slowing down her forward speed? Both of these are necessary to run within a pack. Tirunesh seems to be always able to position herself in the pack for the kick at the bell lap, while Genzebe may still be learning.

Can someone else comment on this, skills for running in a tactical race, constant acceleration and deceleration and weaving in and out within a pack, vs essentially running in a time trial?

She still needs to develop race strategy. She needs those elements you mention, but has not shown any deficiency at those skills. Her problem has been pain tolerance. She had a habit of overreacting to minor pains that weren't really injuries. But she seems to be getting better at this, or at least more aware of it.

As she matures she will adapt
